With over 45 years experience in real estate development and asset management, Bill has a diversified background. His expertise ranges across acquisition, zoning and entitlements,  land development and bonding, construction and outsales.  

Prior to the formation of Wickshire, he was the Managing  Director of One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA from inception through completion of vertical construction and disposition. Previously he held positions as Vice President of Chevy Chase Bank and The B. F. Saul Company. Project credits include Kentlands in Gaithersburg, MD, Cascades, Ashburn Village, Dulles North Corporate Park and Loudoun Tech Center in  Loudoun County, VA.

Ed has over 50 years of business and real estate development experience. He holds an accounting degree from Loras College, Dubuque Iowa, and participated in the Executive Program at the University of Wisconsin. Selected project credits include Water Tower Place in Chicago; 333 Wacker Drive in Chicago; Copley Place, Boston; Southbridge, Prince William County, Virginia; Chapman’s Landing, Maryland; Grand Harbor and Oak Harbor, Vero Beach, Florida; Laguna Seca, Monterey, California; and Rancho Malibu, Malibu, California. 

Previously he served as President and Chief Executive officer of Legend Properties a publicly traded real estate development company based in Washington DC. He has also held positions with Coopers and Lybrand now Price Waterhouse Coopers and Urban Investment and Development a subsidiary of Aetna Life and Causality. He has guest lectured at University of Maryland Graduate School, College Park, Maryland and Johns Hopkins Graduate School of Real Estate, Baltimore, Maryland.

With over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate development, Ken has a well-rounded background in management and design. His career spans both A/E design firms and nationally recognized public and private land development companies. Ken has successfully managed all stages of land development projects, from pre-development feasibility through site construction, with particular strength in design standards, land planning, site due diligence, plan review and approval processes, budgeting, contracting, permitting, and development programming.

Notable projects include One Loudoun in Loudoun County, VA, and Snowden Bridge in Stephenson, VA, with notable clients such as Verizon Wireless and Kettler. 

With over 40 years of experience in the design and construction of commercial projects, Jeff is a registered professional engineer licensed in Virginia. For the past 30 years, Jeff has specialized in site development, working with contractors, developers, and engineers in the private sector. He now serves as an owner representative, guiding developers through the site development process, from preliminary budgeting to permitting, construction, and final bond release. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Holt Mountcastle specializes in acquisition due diligence, entitlements, financing, and project management. Before joining Wickshire, Holt was a senior consultant at RE Tech Advisors, where he strategized and implemented corporate sustainability initiatives for real estate owners and developers. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure give Ms. Glasco a uniquely fitting background. Following her time as Development Manager Associate, Ms. Glasco took on the presidency of Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE) an organization to which she has belonged to for a decade, from 2019 to 2020.

Ms. Glasco’s prior work also includes positions as both Property Manager and Director of Leasing at Finmarc Management, Inc., in Bethesda MD; Assistant Property Management with Wells Real Estate in Baltimore, MD; and Tenant Coordination with Jones Lang LaSalle in Rockville, MD.

Has over 26 years of extensive management and design experience within the realestatedevelopment industry.
